What makes this interesting from my perspective is that Feldkamp purchased the abortion clinic chain from Dr. Edward Allred, an abortion doctor in California and a high profile SDA member. Even though our church’s policy is to denounce abortion as murder, leadership has taken significant funds from this hypocrite.
I almost did not join the church based on this issue. It’s safe to say, all large organizations that deal with large amounts of money have a certain level of corruption at the top and that includes the SDA. I could have said no, but decided the better approach is to speak out and make people aware of the truth. With truth comes change.
