A plaque with the inscription “Alley of Angels” was installed on May 5, 2015, and memorial was unveiled on May 5, 2015.[citation needed] The arch and the name plaque were installed in August 2015.[1][better source needed] In 2018 the UNICEF Ukraine reported on Twitter that over 140 children were killed or injured by mines during the war
